Heritage

We take great pride in carrying out a wide range of heritage building projects every year that are both interesting and challenging. Our restoration projects vary in nature, from structural repairs, ornate joinery and masonry work, to complete overhauls of historical monuments, such as Beckford’s Tower in Bath, which we worked on in 1999 and again in 2023.

To carry out these projects effectively, we maintain close working relationships with several specialist architectural practices. These relationships allow us to leverage their expertise and knowledge to help conserve and restore ecclesiastical and religious buildings.

One of our most significant restoration projects to date has been the Bath Abbey Footprint Project, which we completed in 2021. Other recent heritage building projects include,

  • Cotham Parish Church in Bristol.
  • World’s Away Project at Dyrham Park.
  • Corsham Almshouses.

We take care of our work and strive to ensure that every restoration project we undertake is completed to the highest standards possible.
